October BOE Meeting Notice

The Struthers Board of Education announces it will hold its regular meeting of the board of education on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 4:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Struthers Middle School Auditorium, 800 5th Street, Struthers, Ohio.

We encourage everyone to view the meeting via the live stream link, which will be available prior to the start of the meeting. CLICK HERE TO VIEW: Board of Education Live Stream.

The public may address the board by calling in to 330-750-1064 ext. 41413 during the audience comment portion of the agenda. If you are planning to address the board during audience comments referring to specific agenda items, please email Ryan Cene at ryan.cene@strutherscityschools.org prior to the meeting.

Our district is now offering an opportunity for students to earn a Seal of Biliteracy on their electronic transcripts. This seal applies to students who are proficient in two or more languages, one of those being English, and within 15 months of graduation. A student can benefit from the Seal of Biliteracy in future employment and post high school endeavors. The requirements to earn the Seal can vary, so please contact an SHS guidance counselor for more specific information or you may visit the ODE Seal of Biliteracy webpage at ODE Seal of Biliteracy.
