Success By 6
Students must be registered by May 8, 2023 in order to be eligible for the United Way Success By 6 program.
Registration Information
Children must be 5 years of age or older by September 30, 2023 to register for the 2023-2024 school year.
Registration Packet
Return completed registration packets to the Board Office (99 Euclid Avenue). Printed copies of this paperwork are available at the Board Office.
Open Enrollment students must also complete the Open Enrollment paperwork.
