Parent-Teacher Conferences

Twice a year, each school holds PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES. The administration and teachers urge you to take advantage of this opportunity to speak with your child's teachers. Individual conferences can be scheduled by returning the Parent-Teacher Conference Form (when released) to the school office.

High School Parent-Teacher Conferences: Thursday, October 7, 2021 (Click here for the form)

Vacation/Extended Absence Forms

Should your child be absent from school for reasons other than personal illness, death in the family, and religious holidays, an extended absence form will need to be completed and returned to the school office 2 WEEKS PRIOR to their absence. PLEASE NOTE: As per the student handbook, a maximum number of 5 days may be excused.

Your child should make up as much work as possible before leaving. The initiative for securing assignments from teachers rests with the student/parent/guardian. It is then the responsibility of the student to accomplish the work to be covered and complete given assignments.

Upon return to school, the student must be ready to resume studies with the class and make-up work which has not already been completed: NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE PERMITTED TO COMPLETE WORK MISSED.

If this absence is to occur at the close of the school year, final grades are not given until school officially closes. Tests and other work which will make up a decisive part of the final grades will be made during the summer or prior to leaving on the extended absence.
