Resident Enrollment Procedures

If you are the parent of a new Kindergarten Student or have recently moved to Struthers, Ohio, below are the registration packets for your child. Please complete the packet and return it to the Struthers Board of Education Office, located at 99 Euclid Avenue. For questions regarding registration, please contact the Board of Education Office at (330) 750-1061.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration packets can be downloaded from the above link. The following items are required for kindergarten registration: the child must be five years of age on or before September 30 (it is recommended by August 1st ), the child's birth certificate, social security card, shot record, custody papers if the family situation warrants and three proofs of residency. Also required is proof of identification of the person (parent/guardian) registering the child. Parents must also complete and return the Language Usage Survey and Emergency Medical Form along with the registration packet.

New Resident Student Registration

Registration packets for new students that reside in Struthers, Ohio can be downloaded from the above link. Completed registration packets can be returned to the Board of Education Office between 9 a.m.-3 p.m. For questions regarding registration, please contact the Board of Education Office at (330) 750-1061. Parents must also complete and return the Language Usage Survey and Emergency Medical Form along with the registration packet.

Student Withdrawl

If you wish to withdraw your child(ren) from Struthers City Schools, you need to compete and return the Struthers Student Withdraw Form.

Graduation Requirements

As a student who entered grade 9 between July 1, 2014, and June 30, 2016, you have multiple pathways to earn a high school diploma so that you can move on to your next steps in education or a career. Download information on the Graduation Requirements from the Ohio Department of Education.
